Downtown Design Manual
Planning Services is currently in the engagement and consultation stage for the Downtown Design Manual. This document will provide guidance for all planning and development application, as well as for infrastructure renewal and other capital projects on public land within the Downtown area.
The Downtown Design Manual is a revision of the existing Downtown Design Guidelines (1991) and will assist in implementing the Downtown Heritage Conservation District Plan and London’s Downtown Plan).
All stakeholders and the public are invited to provide comments and feedback on the Downtown Design Manual. Staff will review all feedback when creating the final manual and are also available to meet with stakeholder groups individually to discuss specific concerns.
